ACE Virtual Events is a virtual events production agency using the Remo platform to offer their services. They were a new business created during COVID-19 and had a new website. The challenge was ranking a new website within 90 days.
Challenge
This business was less than a year old and the website was live for only a few months when I came on. No SEO tactics had been performed on the site. As a result, the site ranked for no keywords, had no traffic history, no backlinks, and minimal content.
The challenge was ranking a new website: getting the site ranking for some keywords and increasing organic traffic to the site.

Topic cluster
- Researched top blog posts and articles from organic competitors for topic ideas.
- provided suggestions for topic clusters based on competitor research.
- Suggested focus keyword groups for each article based on keyword research.
- Edited copy for site pages and blog posts for keyword density, keyword placement, content layout, and structure.
- Included internal and external linking for all copy and blog posts.
Position Zero and Rich Snippet
- Suggested a Glossary and FAQ page to increase industry-related information content on the site.
- Researched organic competitor Glossaries and FAQ
- Extracted a set of common questions and terms for a glossary and FAQ page.
On-page and Technical SEO
- Edited H1-H6 headings, title tags, image alt text, meta descriptions, open graph meta tags
- Assisted in setting up Google Analytics and Google Search Console for the website.
Keyword strategy
- Performed industry keyword research
- Keyword gap analysis with organic competitors
- Selected keywords from keyword research and keyword gap analysis based on the following criteria: long tail keywords, low keyword difficulty, and search volume of at least 100.
